WATER treatment specialist Siltbuster will be exhibiting at ScotPlant for the first time, showcasing the benefits of the firm’s wastewater treatment systems and solutions for the construction industry.

There will be a particular focus on concrete washwater/washouts and suspended solids.

On display will be a range of Siltbuster’s solutions, including:

  • The Roadside Concrete Washout Unit (RCW), designed and developed to capture and treat wash water generated from the cleaning of concrete truck mixer chutes on site. This product has a 2,000-hour battery.
  • The Concrete Washout pHD, a compact method of treating high pH concrete wash water on sites where space is very restricted.
  • The Integrated Chemical Dosing System 3, built for ‘rapid’ site deployment and sized to easily fit standard transport layouts.
  • The Siltbuster Hydrodemolition Unit (HD), a compact, battery operated solution for treating high pH, sediment laden blast water from lance cutting hydrodemolition operations.

James Tucker, business development manager (construction) at Siltbuster, said, “We are thrilled to be exhibiting at ScotPlant 2022, making our first ever appearance at the event. Given our dedicated technical sales and field engineering team for Scotland, being at the event feels like the natural next step.

“As one of the few environmental solutions for the construction industry on show at ScotPlant 2022, we hope to attract a wide and varied visitor. We have a passion for achieving the best solutions within water treatments for our clients, and we can’t wait to meet people, network and do business, face-to-face.”
