SANY will have one of the largest exhibitor stands at ScotPlant 2026, featuring a number of machines being shown for the first time at a Scottish trade show.
Making its UK exhibition debut will be the SW956E all-electric wheel loader. The 20-tonne model boasts a battery capacity of 350 kWh and the possibility of fast charging. Regenerative braking recovers energy during braking, contributing to longer operating times and improved energy efficiency.
One of the stars of the SANY line-up will be the 50-tonne class SY500HRD excavator. Featuring an extra-long boom and hydraulically extendable chassis, the machine is powered by a Stage V Cummins engine and has a tilting cab for optimal visibility.
Other excavators heading for the Royal Highland Centre include the versatile SY135C, one-tonne ultra compact SY10U, and the SY35E – SANY’s first four-tonne all-electric excavator that attracted a lot of interest at this year’s Executive Hire Show. SANY’s electric diggers stand out in blue as opposed to the yellow associated with the diesel models.

Three SANY telehandlers will be displayed: the STH1440, STH936, and STH625, which is the diesel variant of the STH625E. This machine is new to Scottish customers and is said to deliver ‘exceptional’ lifting capability inside an ‘ultra compact footprint’, making it perfect for smaller sites and low access environments. Designed with the full-size premium SANY cabin found on larger models, the STH625 has a Stage V Deutz engine, hydrostatic transmission, and advanced safety systems.
Another new product set to be featured is the SMHW30G5 material handler, typically found in scrap, timber or waste and recycling applications.
SANY will also be adding to the growing number of cranes at ScotPlant in the form of the SAC1500E 150-tonne all-terrain model.
